Earlier this year, hospitals and other healthcare organizations braced for a surge of COVID-19 patients – and as cases climb across the United States, many are in the midst of or looking toward another wave. To get a better understanding of how the current climate is impacting employee experience, Workhuman® conducted a pulse survey of more than 3,000 full-time U.S. workers in early May across various industries, including healthcare workers.
