"After the pandemic, we closed most of our offices and really shifted to remote. Most of our workforce moved to different places like Colorado or Florida, and so we were really trying to solve, 'how do we continue to be a best place to work with a recognition program, when we're all over the US and all over the world?'
What I liked about Workhuman was it kept the social element that we had when we were in the office, right? Like [we're] no longer decorating desks, but we could see what other people were accomplishing. We could see what people were celebrating, and we were able to do it at scale, and we were able to do it virtually. Being able to see, especially in the data, how many times people are interacting with people from other teams has been something that's been really cool and is showing us that the connectivity is working.
People are building those relationships across the company. We're also able to give executive insights on the themes that we're seeing on their teams, what they're celebrating, what their wins are, and I know they really value that.
One of the metrics we've been really looking at is: 'do people find meaning in their work?' Are they feeling that the things that they're doing are tying to the broader business goals? What the data is telling us is that they really see that they're contributing to the company. They're contributing to outcomes. They know that they're being seen and valued for the work that they're doing, and they have a purpose.
I love Workhuman. I feel like it's been a really big game changer for us as a company, so I think it would be for others too."
