As Chief Marketing Officer, Saima leads the Global Marketing team at Workhuman, driving a human-first approach from brand to demand. With over two decades of B2B marketing experience, she brings a proven track record of integrating technology and data to achieve exponential revenue growth. Before joining Workhuman, Saima held key leadership roles at 6sense and PTC.
A five-time award-winning marketing, analytics, and revenue operations leader, Saima earned recognition from Forrester’s Program of the Year for the strategy and implementation of an AI-driven engine that combined predictive account intelligence with internal resource optimization to drive millions in incremental pipeline. She is a frequent presenter at major industry events, including the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Forrester B2B Summit, Gartner Marketing Symposium, B2B Marketing Expo London and Marketing AI Conference (MAICON). A prominent voice in the industry, she has hosted 75 episodes of the Revenue Makers podcast and cohosted the CMO Coffee Talk community of 4,000+ marketing leaders for two years.
Raised in Canada, Saima holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and MIS. She currently resides in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys travel and thrill-seeking and is dedicated to supporting philanthropic endeavors focused on children, education, and clean water projects.
