Katy Ware
Chief of Staff
Katy Ware is chief of staff to the CEO and vice president responsible for strategy operations, where she partners with the executive team to define and deliver Workhuman’s strategy.
Prior to her role as chief of staff, Katy held various leadership positions at high-growth SaaS companies including VP of revenue operations for BentoBox (acquired by Fiserv), and senior director of strategy operations at Mailchimp (acquired by Intuit). Katy also has extensive program management experience delivering complex creative and technical initiatives, managing cross-functional and international project teams.
She holds a BA in commerce, organizations, and entrepreneurship from Brown University. Katy lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two kids.
