Alyssa Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Customer Excellence at Workhuman, where she leads a global team responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle—from Fortune 50 enterprises to mid-market organizations—ensuring clients maximize the value of their recognition and employee engagement programs. She brings over 20 years of experience across client management roles in technology startups, scale-ups, and public companies, with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes through culture-focused initiatives.
Most recently, Alyssa served as SVP of Client Management at Blueboard, a boutique recognition company, where her teams supported more than 600 clients. Prior to that, during her five years at Care.com, she led Global Client Management for Care@Work, the company’s B2B division, successfully launching and scaling care benefit programs for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to SMBs. Earlier in her career, Alyssa held several leadership roles at Yankee Group Research, including VP of Account Management & Client Service.
Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College. A Massachusetts native, she currently resides in Weston with her husband and two daughters. When she is not attending her children’s sports games and activities, Alyssa and her family love to spend time on Cape Cod.
