<h2>Job Description:</h2><div><div>The Speakers Bureau team runs some of the most visible programming at Workhuman — from mainstage keynotes and customer speakers to executive thought leadership and webinar content. Behind every well-run session, prepared speaker, and on-time deliverable is someone making it all happen. </div><div>When our executives walk into the right room, our customer speakers take the stage prepared and confident, and world-renowned thought leaders headline our events; it opens doors, deepens trust, and moves real business conversations forward. This role exists to make sure the work behind the scenes is as strong as what shows up on stage. </div><div>We&#39;re looking for a Senior Speakers Bureau Specialist to be the execution layer across the full team. You&#39;ll keep the trains running: tracking commitments, coordinating logistics, drafting speaker briefs and prep materials, and making sure nothing slips — whether that&#39;s an executive keynote, a customer speaker appearance, a thought leader presentation or a live event session. You&#39;ll move across the team where you&#39;re needed most, which means you&#39;ll build skills fast and see firsthand how speaker strategy gets made and delivered on a global scale. </div><div>If you&#39;re early in your career and looking for a role where you&#39;ll build fast, own real work, and be in the room for moments that matter — and you&#39;re sharp, organized, and ready to hit the ground running — we&#39;d love to hear from you. </div><div>** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. What You’ll Do  </div><div><ul><li>Coordinate logistics for executive speaking engagements, customer speaker appearances, thought leadership events, media opportunities, and partner events </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Draft first versions of executive briefs, speaker prep materials, and talking points </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with Executive Assistants and event teams to manage calendars, prep timelines, and deliverables </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Help manage outside vendors — tracking edits, approvals, and deadlines </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support event coordination including scheduling, speaker prep, invoicing and post-event reporting </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain speaker tracking systems, engagement documentation, and project dashboards </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure action items, follow-ups, and deliverables are documented and tracked to completion </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Continuously improve templates, workflows, and systems across the team </li></ul></div><div>What You’ll Bring </div><div><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in executive communications, PR, media relations, marketing, event management, project management, or a related field  </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Strong project management skills. You are comfortable using Asana (or similar tools) to track milestones, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure deliverables ship on time. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Clear, confident writing. You take a strong first pass on briefs and talking points — and you take direction well. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Operational excellence. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proactive ownership. You anticipate needs, follow up without being asked, and flag risks early. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Calm under pressure. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.Thank you for considering joining our team.
