<h2>Job Description:</h2>The Opportunity  We are currently looking for a high-energy, ambitious, seasoned, and strategic Sales Executive with solid enterprise account management experience. The ideal candidate will understand what it takes to deploy enterprise software (in a SaaS environment), be well-versed in cross team coordination, have relationship management expertise building lasting relationships with customers, and be a strong voice for Workhuman. <div>**This is a remote position, based in New England** </div><div>**Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. </div>What we can offer you:<ul><li>An opportunity to sell to our top Corporate accounts and working with high caliber clients. </li><li>An opportunity to manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of offerings.</li><li>The chance to evangelize the Workhuman vision and value through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives</li><li>The opportunity to execute an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential</li></ul> The Skills you will bring:  <ul><li>A deep understanding of sales management software </li><li>Experience selling into large organizations between 5,000 and 10,000 employees  </li><li>Impeccable presentation skills </li><li>Highly strategic, interpersonal and analytical in nature </li><li>Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, memorable, and inspirational way </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment </li><li>Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities </li><li>Highly collaborative, team player, positive attitude </li></ul>  Achievements:<ul><li>You have at least 3 years of experience exceeding Sales targets.</li><li>You have been involved in deals exceeding six figures.</li><li>You have been consistently recognized for sales efforts (President’s Club, Diamond Club, Winner’s Circle, etc.)</li></ul>The base salary for this position is $145,000. Offered base compensation is determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.Thank you for considering joining our team.
