Must-See Customer Speakers at Workhuman Live (with pre-reads 🤓) - Part 2
The Sunshine State – and 3,000 of the brightest humans shaping the future of work – await us in just a few short weeks. That’s right, Workhuman Live 2026Opens in a new tab is heading to Orlando this month!
In this mini-series, I’m spotlighting the Workhuman customers who’ll take to the stages at Live. I’ve studied their session agendas and matched their areas of expertise with recommended pre-reads, Because yes, I love to show up to every new learning opportunity with my a-game! (And don’t sleep on my other blog either, Part 1: Must See Customer Speakers.)

Now presenting, part two of the must-see customer speakers at Workhuman Live:
ADP
Gallup’s 2025 State of the Global WorkplaceOpens in a new tab put it bluntly: “In the last five years, the typical organization has experienced disruption at every level:
- post-pandemic retirements and turnover
- a hiring boom and bust
- rapidly restructured teams and departments
- shrinking budgets as stimulus programs ended
- disrupted supply chains
- new customer expectations
- digital transformation and AI tools
- new employee desires regarding flexibility and remote work.”
Seeing all the changes to the ways of work bulleted out like that hit hard.
In ADP’s interactive Skills Lab, I’m looking forward to picking up new tips for surviving (and thriving) at work despite the tidal wave that is the 2020s. Importantly, navigating change has emerged as a key skill to hone – and with good reason, as 66% of HR leaders expect more changeOpens in a new tab in 2026.

In our 2025 research on alignment, we found that when employees love their recognition program, they are 7x more likely to feel very personally invested in their company’s strategic goals.
So how does an organization build a recognition program beloved by their people?
I know from Workhuman case studies that a well-designed program is one that employees trust and actively participate in – and when recognition is authentic, consistent, and equitable, organizations begin to see real results.
In this panel, I’m eager to hear firsthand from customers about how they launched unique recognition strategies. I’ll be listening for anecdotes that showcase greater connection and greater alignment as results of their culture of recognition.

The mainstream is finally catching on to what we’ve known for a long time: HR leaders are essential to organization transformation.
In fact, Boston Consulting Group published a recent article, The Reinvention of the CHRO in an AI-Driven Enterprise, that summarized just how important HR-led change management is, especially when it comes to AI:
“BCG’s rule of thumb (supported by extensive experience in this space) is that only 10% of AI value creation comes from algorithms and 20% from the technology and data infrastructure, while 70% comes from meaningful transformation of people, organization, and processes. Of the 10/20/70 model, understanding and galvanizing the 70% is where companies really unlock the value of AI.
In this panel, I’ll be taking notes on how these customers are tapping into the strategic role HR is playing in AI implementation and governance. How are they successfully connecting their workforce amid all the new tech and change management? What tools and systems are driving the most impact? And what has been their greatest success so far? I can’t wait to find out.
