Workhuman’s HWI is a monthly online survey of 1,000 full-time U.S. workers conducted by Pollfish on behalf of Workhuman. Workhuman refers to the U.S. Census Data’s Percentage Distribution of Race and Hispanic Origin by Age for 2020 in determining the respondent breakdown by race and ethnicity.
