of companies today are moving to embed AI in their HR operating models.
Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation aren’t just the future of work — they’ve arrived and they’re just getting started. Companies are racing to unlock their full potential, and HR is very much a part of that transformation. In fact, according to Aptitude Research, 75% of companies today are moving to embed AI in their HR operating models. Preparing for this new way of working, HR departments are focusing on ways to increase operating capacity and stretching the boundaries of traditional HR work. As with any transformative technology, this will make a few roles obsolete while creating many new jobs and opportunities, but the most profound changes will be within jobs, as AI takes over routine or repetitive tasks, leaving humans to do what they do best – create, imagine, decide, communicate, and more. In this way, AI doesn’t take work from humans — it can create a more human way of working. How can HR adapt – and quickly?
