Fun Facts
- Family Adventures: I’m a proud father to two young children (5 and 3), who constantly remind me to embrace the simple joys in life. We love to travel and immerse ourselves in local cultures.
- Dog Lover: I’m a dog lover particularly, Siberian Huskies. We currently have one 8-year-old Husky named Ecmo. If space allowed, I’d happily have a pack of 10!
- Athletic Past: I played collegiate football at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Playing team sports, especially collegiate football, further solidified my belief in collaboration and the importance of putting the team before the individual—principles I carry with me in both life and work.
- Active Lifestyle: When not chasing after my kids, I enjoy playing basketball and keeping fit.
- Amateur Winemaker: My father and I make about 100 gallons of wine each year, sharing most of it with family and friends.

The Journey That Shaped Me
As a first-generation Greek-American, my journey began in my father’s restaurant, where I was immersed in the values of hard work and a customer-first mindset. These early lessons remain at the core of who I am today. Empathetic listening became more than just adhering to the idea that “the customer is always right” (even if they were!). It was about purposeful listening—creating genuine human connections and building long-standing trust. As I grew older, I took on greater responsibilities, particularly in helping to grow the business. This was my first experience with marketing and taught me how to align our unique value proposition with the needs of our customers. In doing so, I discovered the importance of testing different concepts to find what truly resonates with our end customers and thankfully was successful in growing and scaling our family business. Unbeknownst to me at the time, these experiences became the steppingstone to my career, now in product strategy and management. Family remains my greatest foundation. It’s incredibly meaningful to carry forward traditions from previous generations while creating new ones to share with my children, honoring both the past and the future. My Career Path: From Research to Innovation I began my career as a research analyst at Fidelity Investments, where I interviewed C-suite leaders and analyzed some of the largest multinational corporations in the world to gain industry and company insights for client research reports. In 2014, I found my passion in product strategy and development, which became my professional focus. After 15 years at Fidelity, I was seeking a new challenge at a company aligned with my core values. Workhuman stood out for a variety of reasons- first and foremost was the company’s focus on innovation and as a thought leader in the HR industry. Equally compelling was the emphasis on our customers and how our products help create better, more human-connected cultures. Finally, after meeting with both current and former Workhuman employees it became clear to me how deeply the company cares about supporting its people. It truly is a much more human approach to work.

Key Accomplishments & My Advice for Aspiring Innovators
- Stay Humble: Listening to diverse perspectives fosters creativity and innovation.
- Embrace Failure: Failure is not the end, it’s the beginning of something great. Learn from mistakes and use them to drive future progress.
- Be a continuous learner: Be a continuous learner in everything you do, those who “turn over the most rocks” are generally the ones who succeed.
