Ronan Farrow is an influential voice in media and government. Esquire named him man of the year of his birth, New York Magazine named him “Activist of the Year” and he has repeatedly appeared on the Forbes “30 Under 30” list.

In October 2017, Ronan ignited an international conversation with his reporting on the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct allegations for The New Yorker.

Ronan previously served as a government official, including reporting directly to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as the first U.S. Special Adviser on Global Youth Issues. Ronan has written about human rights and foreign policy for The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and other publications.

The son of Woody Allen and Mia Farrow, Ronan graduated from Yale Law School and was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship, for which he studied international relations at Oxford University. He later became a member of the New York bar and was active in public service before turning his focus to journalism.

Ronan’s speeches have been selected among NPR’s “Greatest Commencement Speeches Ever” and Huffington Post’s Top 10 Speeches of the Year. He is the author of the forthcoming “Pandora’s Box: How America Creates Its Own Enemies” from Penguin Press.
