Supporting our Customers, Community, and Employees Through COVID-19
During these unprecedented times, our focus remains on keeping our humans safe, and bringing humanity into all we do. Initiatives designed to support our employees, customers, and our greater community have helped us stay connected through our shared mission of making the world more human. While things may look a little different around us - our culture of positivity and gratitude is as bright as ever.
For our Humans
We recognize that the pandemic has resulted in increased stress and strains on our people. We have rolled out several programs and initiatives to help all members of our global workforce.

For our Customers
Human moments, including those anchored in an office environment and those focused on the family, don’t stop during times of crisis. On March 30th 2020, we proudly announced our decision to offer two of our flagship programs for free through March of 2021. The decision was made as a way to help companies mitigate feelings of isolation amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, while many were adjusting to remote working.
For our Healthcare Heroes
We’ve seen so much gratitude being shared all over the world for the healthcare community. The Thank You Healthcare site is designed to bring it all together in one place to say thank you to hospitals around the world (and all the amazing healthcare workers - seen and unseen – for all they do and sacrifice every day). We wanted to give something back to the world by commemorating all these moments and ensuring that the light shined on these heroes never dims.
