As many of us settle into a new “normal” of working from home amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re looking for sustainable ways to stay connected. This is especially challenging as organizations continuously pivot from previous plans and each of us feels the strain from our work and home lives merging.
Despite these challenges and the escalating news cycle, we’re also seeing displays of humanity in ways we’ve never seen before. There are many positive stories of giving and gratitude that prove we are all in this together and give us hope.
In this spirit, we’re launching a new Workhuman® video series, “Making Work Human,” that will run each day for the next few weeks.
Click below to watch the first episode, featuring Workhuman CHRO Steve Pemberton.
Each day we’ll bring you interviews with thought leaders on topics we are all grappling with, such as leading from afar, navigating change, keeping culture in tact, building trust, and celebrating human moments that matter for genuine connection.
“Gratitude and recognition give us an opportunity to stand together as one,” says Steve. Leading with positivity is more important than ever. In addition to this special series, I invite you to follow Workhuman on social media and share positive stories from your community, organization, or family with #recognizethegood.
“It’s not enough to see the good. Let’s recognize the good.”
