LED Best

One of my favorite parts of my job is digging into Google Analytics and seeing which posts are resonating with readers. While compiling this year’s “best of” list, I learned that pay was especially top of mind. How can we make pay more equitable? Which compensation strategies deliver the best ROI? Our exclusive Q&As with Josh Bersin and Tom McMullen shed light on this important topic.

Another highly read Q&A was with WorkHuman 2019 speaker Gary Hamel on the one word you need to stop saying at work. Gary also shared how to take the politics out of performance management, which was another hot topic on the blog this year. From peer feedback to coaching and positive psychology, we delved into how a more human approach can complement or even replace a traditional review process.
