In just a few years, Dublin-based Version 1 grew its workforce from 400 primarily local employees to 2,300 people around the globe. While the organisation had always leveraged recognition to promote its culture and instill desired behaviours, it needed a new way to do so consistently and on a global scale.

In collaboration with Workhuman®, Version 1 launched a new recognition programme called CallOut, the company’s first fully digital global recognition platform to benefit everyone in the organisation – regardless of their location.
