This group is the bedrock of our technology systems, and keep everything running 24/7 supporting our core applications including our ERP and CRM. They provide the technology that empowers our teams to do the best work of their lives.
At Workhuman, our customers are at the heart of what we do. Our dedicated customer service team goes out of their way to deliver an award-winning, world-class customer service experience.
Supplier relationship management onboard and develop the relationships of our third-party suppliers. They ensure we select and develop scalable, cost-effective and best in class suppliers while minimizing risk to our business.
Procurement supports global gift card supplier evaluation, onboarding, negotiating, contracting and the ongoing management of these suppliers. Having the right inventory available for our customers is a key focus of the team, while also ensuring an agile supply chain.

Supply chain is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience to our customers in over 170 countries. Teams focus on order management, logistics, demand planning, inventory management, reverse logistics and business insights.
