The webinar, titled "Desired Behaviors Using Proper Motivation and Recognition," will be held on January 28, 2009, at 11:30-12:30 p.m. ET.

The live webinar, led by Daniel Pink and Derek Irvine, Head of Strategic Consulting and CMO at Globoforce, will offer human resources professionals and business leaders a fresh look at how companies can boost employee engagement through non-traditional, yet effective, strategic recognition efforts.
