According to a recent study from BlessingWhite, only one-third of North American workers are engaged in their jobs while an increasing number of employees plan to leave their jobs in 2011. The latter was also a key finding from the 2011 Globoforce Workforce Mood Tracker survey, which revealed that 36 percent of U.S. workers plan to search for a new job in 2011. Both studies highlight the need for organizations to engage their workforce to avoid a potential mass exodus.
