“No matter what it is you provide, the greatest value lies in the knowledge, passion, and skill with which you provide it.”
– Adam Davidson

A looming recession. Back-to-office transitions. Budgets are tighter and turnover is higher even as employee needs and expectations are as diverse and demanding as ever. What hasn’t changed is the importance of engagement and culture to a future-ready organization — whatever the future may hold.

Join us for the next episode of Workhuman® Spotlight, the HR and leadership talk show, where our panel of experts will discuss real-world strategies and recognition’s role in maximizing engagement and productivity, improving culture and wellbeing, and more. Candid, unflinching, and unscripted, we’re sitting down with experts to shine a light on what matters most to you. It’s a conversation you don’t want to miss.
