In 2009, Dr. Krishnamoorthy was recognized as one of the 50 most influential Asian Americans by the Asian American Business Development Center. Following his retirement from his professional career, Dr. Krishnamoorthy completed his doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently consults with and trains businesses on a range of topics, including the future of work, virtual or hybrid working, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and learning.
