SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, GE
Raghu Krishnamoorthy is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of GE as of December 2017. In this role, he is responsible for leading GE’s global HR organization, including Talent Management, Leadership Development & Learning, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Security.
Raghu joined GE in 1994 as Human Resources leader of GE Capital, India. He has served in a variety of human resources leadership roles at GE businesses around the world, including VP of HR at GE Aviation from 2009-2013, Head of Executive Development and Chief Learning Officer for GE from 2013-2015, and VP of HR at GE Healthcare from 2015-2017.
Prior to joining GE, Raghu worked for American Express and the Xerox joint venture in India.
Raghu holds a Master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institution of Management, Ahmedabad, India. In 1992, he attended the University of Minnesota as a Humphrey Fellow under the Fulbright Scholarship program. In 2009, he was named among the Top 50 Asian Americans in the world of business by Asian American Business Development Center.
