As the Corporate Communications Director, Molly drives First Tech Federal Credit Union’s strategy and innovation around employee communications, workplace change and employer branding. She translates big ideas, lofty business goals and complex concepts into actionable and engaging messages that empower employees to do their best work.
Previously, Molly worked for the world’s largest software company, Microsoft, where she supported the Office division as a Marketing & Communications Manager, focused on event management and social media. From 2008 to 2013, Molly held various roles in corporate communications at Papa Murphy’s International, supporting a franchisee network of 550 stores and 450 corporate employees.
Leveraging her diverse background in public relations, marketing and social media, Molly challenges the status quo to deliver a differentiated employee experience. Her leadership demonstrates that by connecting people to their work and to one another, any organization can drive deeper levels of engagement and measurable business results.
Molly currently serves on the Advisory Board of Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest. She received her bachelor of science in Public Relations from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State.
