Laura Dowling Grealish has more than 20 years of leadership experience helping clients create strategic alignment, talent management, performance management, succession, and leadership development programs. She has deep experience in designing high-performing teams, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and process improvement. Laura has led large-scale and strategic people and change initiatives in diverse industries such as healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit, in the U.S. and globally. Her work includes merger and acquisition integrations, strategic planning and change, collaboration, creation of global experiential leadership programs, diversity and inclusion programs, succession planning, and performance management efforts. Laura has broad experiences as a skilled facilitator.
Laura spent part of her professional career in financial services as director of talent management and learning and development at Russell Investments with full accountability for talent management, leadership and manager development, associate development, and mentoring programs. Laura also served as organizational effectiveness leader and Six Sigma master black belt at Genworth Financial (a former GE Capital company), where she directed and consulted on customer experience and process improvement efforts.
Laura has a bachelor of arts in business management from the University of Montana and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University.
