About Dave:

Dave is currently the Director of Talent Management and Total Rewards at the Minto Group.  His responsibilities include leading all corporate programs related to performance management, total rewards (base salary, short-term incentive programs, long-term incentives, benefits, pension plan), the annual employee engagement survey and the corporate employee recognition program (BRAVO!). His group is also responsible for our HRIS and producing HR analytics. Prior to joining Minto, he held similar roles in a range of industries, including public safety, high tech/software development, and renewal power generation. He started his career  working for 10 years in accounting/finance roles before transitioning to HR about 15 years ago.
