Implementation Success With Workhuman – Health First

The year 2020 may have been full of challenges, but it also provided opportunities for resilience.

Nobody knows this better than Health First, the only fully integrated healthcare system in Central Florida. In late 2020, leaders at Health First decided they wanted to create a better process to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work of more than 9,000 associates at four hospitals throughout the global pandemic. They had surveyed their people and learned that their homegrown recognition program wasn’t delivering the kind of employee experience their associates deserved and craved.

In the webinar “Boosting Connection, Engagement, and Belonging: Health First’s Story,” presented in partnership with SHRM, Mary Martinolich, director of organizational effectiveness at Health First, joined Lauren Spencer of Workhuman® to share how Health First will use recognition to boost employee engagement, as well as her experience of launching Well Done!, their new appreciation program, which garnered more than 1,000 recognition moments in the first week it went live. Here, learn the key points of Health First’s implementation journey with Workhuman.
