The daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, Bernice is a global thought leader, orator, and peace advocate. As the CEO of The King Center, she advances her parents’ legacy of nonviolent social change through policy, advocacy, research, education, and training. In her role at Netflix, she helps devise and implement strategies that integrate cultural diversity, inclusion, and equity into all aspects of its operations worldwide. Doyin Richards: Bestselling Author, Mental Health Advocate, and Anti-Racism Facilitator for Corporations
As a keynote speaker, consultant, and workshop facilitator, Doyin inspires people to be open about mental health and embrace anti-racism in the workplace and beyond. Through his critically acclaimed Anti-Racism Fight Club™, he’s reached more than 50,000 people in under two years in companies across the globe. In addition to providing results-driven DE&I solutions to many notable organizations, Doyin has authored three children’s books, authors a Slate parenting advice column, delivered a powerful TEDx Talk on anti-racism, and even appeared in a recent LinkedIn commercial featuring his anti-racism work.
