Globoforce Announces New Workshop Series to Help Transform Company Culture

Interactive workshops in Atlanta, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco show companies how to build custom cultures of recognition that engage employees and drive business success SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass., and DUBLIN, Ireland – October 19, 2011 – Globoforce®, the world’s leading provider of SaaS-based employee recognition solutions, today announced a four-city U.S. tour in Atlanta, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. “Building Your Culture of Recognition” is a new series of workshops designed to help HR leaders achieve stronger, more unified company cultures that drive bottom-line business results. Led by renowned employee recognition and rewards expert, Derek Irvine, the workshops will show HR leaders how some of the most admired companies in the world have built their cultures through employee recognition. Drawing from Globoforce’s proven methodology, research, and best practices, Derek will demonstrate how employee recognition can achieve dramatic increases in employee engagement and transform a company’s culture.
