What is WorkHuman?
WorkHuman is a community, series of conferences, and marquee annual event where visionaries, innovators, and industry experts come together with HR and business leaders to explore the most compelling issues facing our companies and our work cultures.  Here you’ll be educated, challenged, and inspired to revolutionize your organization with an inclusive, human workplace.

How is WorkHuman connected to Globoforce?
Globoforce is the pioneer of the WorkHuman movement, which we celebrate with this annual event, as well as numerous regional events throughout the year. WorkHuman is a natural extension of our core promise – which is to help make work more human for millions of people and organizations worldwide.

How long has Workhuman been around?
The inaugural WorkHuman took place in 2015, in Orlando, Fla. We returned to Orlando in 2016, and were in Phoenix in 2017. In 2018, WorkHuman was in Austin, Texas. And, for our 5th anniversary in 2019, we’ll be hosting WorkHuman in Nashville. 

Who attends WorkHuman?
HR and business leaders – CXOs, CHROs, people managers, culture keepers, and other professionals who recognize the value of bringing more humanity to today’s modern workplace.

What’s included with my registration?
Your registration includes access to all keynotes and breakout sessions, breakfast, lunch, unique experiences in WorkHuman Central, and evening social events.

Can I purchase a day pass?
We do not offer day passes.

Can I cancel my pass if I can’t attend anymore?
Registrations are transferable at any time prior to March 10, 2019 and will incur a $100 transfer fee per registration. Please email all cancellation and substitution requests to registration@workhuman.com with the registrant and substitute’s full contact information. Globoforce reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

  • Notification in writing by Dec 18, 2018: 90% refund
  • Notification in writing Dec 19, 2018 through Feb 18, 2019: 50% refund
  • Notification after Feb 18, 2019: no refund.

Where can I find my receipt?
A receipt is included with your confirmation email. If you need additional information, please email registration@workhuman.com for a copy of your receipt.

How do I book a hotel for WorkHuman?
You can book a hotel during the conference registration process to ensure you get the conference rate.

Is the hotel included with my registration?
A room is not included in your conference registration. We have several hotel options available with special conference rates, click here to learn more.

Can I bring a guest to the social events?
Only registered conference attendees may attend the social events.

Are there shuttles to the Gaylord Opryland Resort from the airport and hotels?
While there will not be prearranged shuttle service from the airport or Marriott Nashville Airport hotel to the Gaylord Opryland Resort, regular shuttles will run between all other conference hotels and the event site. There are several other options for travelers, available at all price points. Please note the prices below are estimates only; reservations should be made directly with the vendors.

What is the suggested attire?
Business casual is recommended for all conference and networking events. Some activities will be held outdoors and we urge you to check the weather forecast for Nashville before arriving so that you pack pack accordingly.
 
Can I apply to speak at WorkHuman?
The WorkHuman 2019 Call for Speakers is now closed. Please check back in early April to apply as a speaker for WorkHuman 2020.
 
Can I earn Professional Development Credits (PDCs) when I attend WorkHuman 2019? 
Yes! You’ll receive 17 SHRM credits, 17 HRCI credits, 17 HRPA credits, 17 ADP credits, and 2.5 credits from WorldatWork.
