This Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for one or more products including Workhuman iQ, Future Leaders, Topics, and the AI Assistant. Proficient in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction. Skilled in empathizing with users, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into product features.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Technical Proficiency: While not necessarily needing to be an expert in coding, having a solid understanding of the technologies and platforms relevant to data products is crucial. This includes familiarity with data analytics tools, databases, and potentially machine learning concepts.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product roadmap to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Achievements:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Ideally 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum product development environment, but relevant projects, achievements, etc., will also be taken into consideration.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, both Traditional and Generative AI</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>A track-record of product innovation changing the dynamics of an existing or emerging market.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>SaaS delivery model experience is a must-have, in either B2B or B2C environments.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Can demonstrate how to develop plans by working from high-level strategic direction.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience in supporting product initiatives that are large scale in terms of target audiences &amp; delivery venues (i.e. Microsoft), complexity of problems solved, scope of functionality offered, etc.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Expertise in analysing product data and synthesizing product plans based on that data.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Must have a strong bias for action i.e. you are pro-active in figuring out what problems to tackle and then execute on solving them</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Preferred experience building Data Products with exposure to complex data</li></ul>At Workhuman®, our mission is to bring more humanity to the workplace.
